How the Processing Stages Work
A withdrawal at Mr James goes through three distinct stages. Understanding each helps you estimate realistic timelines.
Stage 1 - Internal review: Once you submit a request, Mr James reviews it for compliance and bonus conditions. This stage is where your request can be held if KYC documents are missing or a bonus wagering requirement remains incomplete.
Stage 2 - Approval and dispatch: After internal approval, the payment is dispatched to the payment processor. For e-wallets this happens quickly. For card and bank transfer payments, the funds leave Mr James and enter the banking network.
Stage 3 - Bank or processor processing: This stage is outside Mr James Casino's control. E-wallets such as PayPal, Skrill and Neteller typically reflect funds within 24 hours of dispatch. Debit cards and bank transfers depend on your bank's processing schedule and can take 1 to 5 working days from dispatch.
